Unstable incubation humidity on hatch day?

ive got about 17-25 eggs in my little giant still air incubator. 6 babies have hatched so far with a few others pip. However, since hatching the humidity levels have started to rise too high in the 70s-80s. I slightly set the lid off. I tried removing the wet rag that added humidity, then it dropped back down but rose again when I entirely close the lid. Does anyone know how I can stabilize the humidity? I had it between 65-70 % and it was working great until more chicks started hatching. I don't want it to be too high for babies still in the shell.

Posting again to add that 90% humidity during hatch is not going to affect the unhatched chicks. They have already lost enough moisture to have a nice air cell to pip into and that will not suddenly fill up with water just because your moisture has popped up. The important thing right now for your eggs is that no one dries out. If the membranes/goo of the unhatched chicks dry out (drafts do this!) the chick will become glued into the shell and be unable to hatch. This is why it is so important to not open the incubator during hatch time (hence the term "lockdown") Hope your hatch goes well!
