Hope I'm posting this in the right place.
Just got these OEGB bantams and am unsure of their coloring. The guy I got them from called them Lemon Beige, but also said that he had heard them called Lavender. I've searched online and can't find comparison pictures for either coloring. Can anyone help me with this?

I think that would be a lemon blue...you take a self blue and mate it with a ...well something to get that. The yellow makes it not a pure self blue

They look porcelain but without the mottling. They are definatly a self blue/lavender but they have lemon coloring so I dont know what they would be called.

looks like perhaps a mix or someone's project. if there was a side shot of the hen it would help more as she seems to have adifferent coloring. the rooster seems to be displaying a genetic flaw found in some breeds with the lavendar gene inwhich the shoulder feathers do not compltely grow in leaving a ring of feathers that stay in pinfeather shape.

looks like the rooster is similar to a lemon blue but is lavendar rather then blue.

I was told the *silver* hackles is normal in self-blue (aka lavender) roos.......

Thank You all for your quick responses

I've posted a side picture of the hen, unfortunately these are the only pictures I have of them. They are actually pictures from the seller as I don't have a camera available to me right now to take my own pics.
They seem to breed true to color, I have one of their pullets and she is the same coloring as her mother.
The seller is hoping that I will maintain this color strain, which makes it strange if it's some kind of mix and not a pure color.
Is lavender just another name for self blue?
Very new to all this and am really confused lol Are these pure breed OEGB's with mixed coloring or does the mixed coloring make them not a pure breed?
Maybe I should just stick with my finches, alot less confusing
