Unsure What Breed my Rooster is

I hope this is the right category to post this in. I'm curious what you guys may think this rooster is because, frankly, I have no idea. He was given to me as a gift a while ago when he was a baby chick. The people who gifted him to me said that they were told he was a pure bred Ayam Cemani female. Well, he turned out to be everything but that, lol. He has very thin,, silkie like feathers and a lot of bald spots. He always looks like he's molting. There's also purple tones on his comb and wattle. He's very healthy and acts just like every other chicken, so I'm sure it's not some sort of illness or disease. Don't get me wrong, I love his ugly little self, I'm just curious what he might be. I'm attaching some pics below.

Hoover Hatchery has a black chicken hybrid that has silkie lineage (would explain his feather texture).
They call them Mystic Onyx.

That's what I was thinking. I'm struggling to figure out what the other part is though. I don't know what would make his feathers that thin

Could be a silkie, and didn't get the fluffy head or feet feathers??
