Im not totally sure if this is even a problem but this chicken has a larger than normal bulb on her breast, what I think is her craw. Should I be concerned, just watch, treat with something?

There is a condition called pendelous crop which is a result of overeating where the crop muscle becomes enlarged and stretched out of shape. Feel her crop to check if it is firm or puffy like a balloon. Then check it again in the morning early when it normally would be empty. If not empty, confine her with water and some electrolytes. Massage the crop several times a day, and recheck it the next morning. Here is some reading about crop problems:

Some hens will eat a ton before bed. So there crops will be large and will be empty by morning.
P.S. it is called a crop. :D
Ok thanks. Mom always called it a craw. But it’s not unusual for her to come up with her own terminology.
