I'm intrigued. Not typical barred pattern. Too wide. Single comb. Yellow legs. If it's a BR, it's atypical and a poor representation of the breed.

You can search on line for a chick identifying tool. there are a couple. In fact, MM might have an identifier tool of their own.

But Meyer Hatchery is going to have a chick identifier for the breeds that THEY carry...not all hatcheries carry the same breeds.

That's not true. I've ordered from them, and the free chick is never a rooster.
