That looks good. You may want to place him (still inside the shell piece) inside of a mug/cup lined with something soft. It looks like he's still absorbing some veins and yolk sac.

Looks good to me so far! I helped one of my last ones during hatch (he pipped a huge hole and started to shrinkwrap) and he took a little while to get moving...but now he's 4 weeks, huge and bossy

I am hands off now. It was completely upside-down and away from the air sac. First the momma left it for cold in the coop, so it's on chance number 3 now. I said a prayer for it!

The hatch was successful, but the little one is struggling to stand and walk. Praying tomorrow is a stronger day for him or her!
