I'm so glad the chicks are ok. I got a couple of birds shipped here from Georgia this week. They left on Monday and were estimated to arrive in 2 days. I was thrilled when they showed up at my PO by mid-morning the next day. They were in beautiful shape. Score one for the USPS.
UPDATE-DELIVERED! :) USPS lost the chickens I shipped Monday!!!!!

Just heard that starting sometime next year the USPS will no longer guarantee next day shipping ANY letter.
This is one example of a company that hat the market cornered and then did nothing to keep up with the times other than cut cut cut cut.
