I'm really not sure - the two dark ones hatched out of white eggs that I got with the bators... I'm guessing BCM roo?!? But I'm completely clueless when it comes to this stuff. Oh, she had black cochins too, so that's another option with the furry feet...So cute!! What breeds are they a mix of?
I bought 7 for $100... I'm using two (both are working) and the rest I gave to mom friends who are also "homeschooling" I'm so anxious about those, and hope they have at least minimal success!! Good idea to mark them, although I highly doubt I'll ever use them again. They're INCREDIBLY hands on, and with 5 kids under 10, quarantine is the only time I'm around enough to deal with itI'm surprised that little cheap incubator worked, how many of those incubators did you buy and used? If you have more than 1, I would mark the incubator that worked... that way you will know which one will give you chicks!
He was definitely stuck, leading to my first assisted hatchDoes that wing look shrink wrapped?!? Her beak is fine, so do it just wait and see at this point? I just feel like it looks different than the others?![]()
