**UPDATE**Help me please!? What's wrong with my roo!?

How old is your rooster? Is he able to walk or balance? Could he be dehydrated? Wry neck with drooping wings is neurological, sometimes a sign of Mareks disease. I would give him vitamin E 400 IU daily, along with 1/4 tablet vitamin B complex orally or in food. A small bit of scrambled egg, tuna, or sunflower seed will be enough to supply selenium. Let us know how he is doing, and I really hope that it is not Mareks.
He's 7.5 months. He's a little unsteady if he walks but mostly just stands still with his neck bent that weird angle down. He hasn't had his wings down since I posted that this morning. I think it was bc it was before i moved him to the tote I have him in now and he was trying to get a place to sit. I'm not sure if he's dehydrated. It hasn't been too hot here and I have 2 kiddie pools plus 2 shoe box totes and 2 regular waterers like from tsc.

He actually just now as I'm typing got himself out of the tote I had up on my feed bin on my porch and is down in the yard walking around. He's spreading and flapping his wings and walking just a little slower than normal.

At 7 months Mareks may be more possible, but a head injury should be also ruled out. Keep watch over him, because when chickens show a strange behavior, such as imbalance or wry neck, they may become targets for the other chickens to attack them. I would tend to keep him in a wire dog crate with food and water, and with the other chickens. Offer him water often, and wet feed, scrambled egg, tuna, and canned cat food are some foods that may tempt him to eat. Sometimes with severe wry neck, the chicken may need to be wrapped in a towel and held to feed them several times a day. Being a rooster, he may be harder ro handle.

Hes not too bad to handle. But now I'm a little concerned. He's got a runny nose. He just drank some water with electrolytes and vitamins e & b and seems like he's spitting up a little. His comb is getting dark. He's still walking and actually gets himself a little worked up when I come up to him like he normally would. He's still a little unsteady if you watch closely. I got him tuna and made scrambled eggs and tried pumpkin and he won't eat anything. But he will drink when I hold the water to his beak. I'm starting to get worried it's not wry neck 😞

Here's a couple pics. Not the best. His poop isn't right either. But I tried to do the best I could while holding him.

Poor boy.
Did this come on suddenly?
Have you checked his crop?
Yesterday he was slow. But nothing like today. The first post has a video and pic of how I found him when I opened coop this morning. His crop feels normal. Not squishy. Not hard. It's empty tho. He won't eat. Only drink a little when I touch it to his beak.
