So far, we have three chicks out, and at least one more pip. There is one pipped egg that I can no longer find, so I'm guessing it rolled over so that the pipped spot is on the bottom.

The first chick who hatched is really flailing around a lot. Is that normal? The second two are just kind of hanging out, sitting there or napping, but that one is just flopping around a lot.

I think they are just like that, I had one that did that, such a busy body! I had to take 'em out caues it was hopping around on the resting, newly hatched ones. I waited till they were fluffed though.

One of mine yesterday was flailing alot - she was dancing! I'm gonna name her Ginger Rogers (or Fred Astaire)! lol Those pics look just like 2 I had yesterday. They're mutts but I know BO's were in the mix. Maybe I got lucky!

So here we are at the end of Day 23...3 chicks hatched, and at least 2 more pipped and working away.

One of the hatchlings--the first one out--is really weak. Should I be giving it some kind of sugar solution or something? It can't stand up at all, and it's not spraddle-legged or anything. Just seems weak.
