You're right...we didn't put a deposit on her, but at the same time, the girl kept saying that all she wanted was a good home for her and money was not the issue. So of course we bought into that. She kept saying how happy she was to have nice peope there and what a good home she would have, she wouln't worry with her being with us..blah blah blah..
Thanks for the advice, I won't be going to look at any without money in hand....
