congratulations! i'm sorry you had it so rough, but i'm praying that things continue to get smoother for you! take it easy, and enjoy your babymoon!

btw, in case you get to thinking that all of that labor was a waste of time, it sooo wasn't. all of those contractions were super good for your little guy (they help prepare the lungs), even though they hurt like crazy!

Well, we are still at the hospital.... Been a week now, and they have no idea when I can go home. Aiden is fine to leave but I cant till I can keep my temp down for a full 24 hours (Aiden will stay here also intill I go home). Every 5 or so hours my temp shoots up to 104-105 I get the chills and then have to sleep it off for 4ish hours. So, will be here for a little while longer.... I cant wait till we get to go home and start being a little family !!

the good thing is they figured out the other day where the infection was coming from and what kind it was so they should be able to treat it better, I hope so !!!

Got to get some more rest.... Again sorry about not putting pics up yet.... I PROMISE I will get going on it as soon as I feel a little better !!!

Night all !!

So sorry that you are having to stay a bit longer , but better stay and make sure all is fine , then to be discharged and after being home have to be re-admitted . Then Aiden would be home and you in the hospital .
You all will be home soon and trust me actually better staying a few days extra and getting much needed rest , and help because once you get home , then the REAL FUN starts .... Its all on you lil Mama .

Congratulations!
I don't have children yet, but I have an interesting story about my own birth. I was born in the car in the parking lot of the hospital (only two minutes away from home.) I came out with the sack completely intact. My grandmother said that when you are born with a vail over your face it means you are psychic. My mom had very easy labors with all of her children. She says it was partly due to the fact that she is a nurse and since she knew what was going on she was able to stay completely relaxed.
