Back labor with my first two just started out being a more or less constant ache that wouldn't go away. That would be my guess that labor is starting, combining that with the crampy feeling. But I would still call the doc and let him know what's going on, he may want to check you anyway.
Were back, they checked the baby with a stress test... His heart rate was a tad bit high (they think it has to do with the anti's im on) but nothing to be worried about. The test did confirm that im having contractions they are about 16 min apart !!! So we are getting closer little by little !!! Im about 4 cm's now !!! Guess we shall see what happens over time !!!
Going to take a nap, my back hurts so bad and I feel so cranky !!
Won't be long now! Woo hoo!!! Yes, make sure you post pics!
My first 10lb 3 oz, posterior, shoulder dystocia about 5 1/2 hours of "real" labor. My second 9lbs 4 oz induced early to avoid should dystocia took 6 hours for labor to start, but then only lasted 2-3 hours and man she flew out compared to the other one - what a difference a pound makes!

I hope you don't get back labor - it is very uncomfortable. Hang in there and hop in a nice warm bath or shower if it get uncomfortable for you.
