Hi I just wanted to share about how the young chicken i’m taking care of is doing. I am now pretty positive she does have frostbite. One of her toes is about to fall off. What should I do? Should I help it come off? Should I wrap it in the position it’s hanging in? I hate to say it, but would it be best to put her down? I really don’t like seeing her suffering. I am soaking her feet in epsom salts as well as wrapping them with antibiotic spray and aloe vera gel. Let me know if you have any other suggestions for her care please. Thanks so much, you are all so helpful! ps I can attach a picture of the toe that is about to fall off if you’d like but it’s a bit gross, my last thread includes pictures of his feet but i’ll attach a couple here too
