Thank you! It's funny because even my mallards are fatties. Good eye! Their beaks are more orange in color now. What an amazing transformation! Such lucky and beautiful girls! Your Mallards look so tiny next to them
Btw, is it just the difference in lighting, or did their bills even turn a deeper richer orange with proper nutrition/care?
Haha! Its definitely be okay to be partial to your own flock I know I am. My pekins are jumbos maybe that's the difference? You should've saw my boy Chomper that I rehomed he was my favorite (sorry not sorry) he made my male pictured look scrawny! Here he is, big ol boy. They look so good and happy..they are almost as cute as my pekin...just kidding. I think they are so cute and cuddly. I see in the first pic you have mallards...it is crazy how big pekins are to mallards!!! And pekins came from mallards..sorry just thinking out loud.
I love her watermelon pink smileHaha i call my adopted pekin sassy too!

Mine is not a jumbo pekin so that would make a pretty big difference. Your ducks is look good! Not being partial here your pekin looks so much better then mine....mine has sap stuck on his face(I have no idea how to get it off).Haha! Lol! Mine get pretty dirty if I let them free range after a heavy rain. My yard has lots of hills and dips so they come back covered in clay from digging holes in puddles. Wish I had pictures of that mess!Mine is not a jumbo pekin so that would make a pretty big difference. Your ducks is look good!
