Thanks, everyone.

He has a bit of fluid on his right lung today, more than yesterday, so they're watching it. They've decreased his IV fluids and are maintaining his lasix dose.

We're having a tough time controlling his pain effectively. It just breaks my heart to see him hurting. I'm on the staff about it, and they're working on a solution.

Like I said, we're right where we should be, recovery-wise. I, too, am hoping for a completley uneventful and boring recovery.

He's doing okay today. We're weaning off the narcotics. so it's a rough day. He's coughing a lot more, so they fluid in his lungs is moving.
