*~*UPDATE PICS*~* 3/15/09 chicks and my duckling

i sure will i get of her ein 3 hours so in like 3 1/2 hours i will have pics to post, that is if i dont help my pipped chick out of the egg first
 
i just talked to the wife she said 1 more egg hatched so i am thinking it is my bantam i am scared to put it in the brooder with the other chicks what do i do?

Beautiful chicks! That little stripey guy looks like my silver penciled Wyandottes, but my bantams have those same markings too. Who knows????
I have four due today and yesterday the large brahma egg was cheeping but today nothing. I hope they are OK. Gosh, all we do is worry. The last one is due tomorrow. He is an important one because he is a salmon favorolle.

ahhh they are so cute, you should put the little bantam in a box in the brooder, thats what im doing to the one that doesnot walk.

So sorry about your little guy Shay. What a great idea though about putting a box in the brooder. That would sure protect the little one. My tiny guy is holding his own but I watch close to make sure that no one is picking on him.

so sorry to hear, i will try that its just that i know they use each other for comfort and heat as i have to keep them outside in the garage it doesnt get up to 99.5 degrees in there but during the night they all cuddle up and i havnt lost 1 besides uno, but not ot the cold tho so i will see what happens
