WOW, thats going to be a lot of turning to do 3x times a day !!!

Have you ever tryed that non slid stuff on the bottom of the bator ??

i might just cheat a tad bit if it works by just propping one side of bator up then switch to the other saide then switch back and so on lol thanks all and if it messes with my humidity i will hand turn

I know people do that a lot when the are using the egg carton method !!
 
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong but wouldn't it be better if she (?) put the eggs in egg cartons (cardboard) and THEN tilt the bator one way or the other? It'll keep the eggs from rolling and possibly crashing/cracking. I've always hand turned but, then, I never hatched that many at one time!!
