Update - she recovered! Horrible prolapse with entire egg sticking out in internal issue

UPDATE -
the ameraucana seems to have fully recovered. This is what i did, if it helps anyone:

1) as soon as i noticed several inches of tissue sticking out of her vent along with a stuck egg and tearing issue, i put her in a warm bath, rinsed off the blood, gently squeezed the egg out so it woudn't break and allow poop to pass.
2) when she was clean and the egg gone, i took her out of the bath, sprayed the exposed tissue with veterycin hydrogel, applied preparation h without painkiller, and very gently pushed everything back inside. Not all of it staid back inside right away and had to be pushed back in a few times that day. She was sprayed with veterycin and smeared with prep H each time
3) dried her with hair-dryer on medium-low, protecting the vent area
4) isolated her in a hospital coop in the garage
5) started her on half a tab of Baytril twice a day for a week, which i crushed, mixed in a bit of water and syringed down her throat.
6) i fed her her yogurt, some wet cat food, some feed supplemented with liquid calcium and probiotics. I also added electrolytes and vitamins to her water.
7) kept her clean, sprayed veterycin and applied prep H daily until the tissue looked normal.

She was isolated 9 days before i felt comfortable releasing her, after she laid an egg without further problems.

So far she seems good, i just checked her again (13 days since the incident).
