Hmm, I'm not sure. Do you have a dog crate or something that you could put her outside in a protected area or in a garage? It sounds more serious then just being slightly overheated, but I've never had one do that so I can't say for sure. You might put an update on your title with the new symptom, hopefully one of the folks on here that are really good with illnesses will see it....Good luck and keep the updates coming, I'm hoping for the best for you and your girl.

she's breathing really hard with her mouth open, HOWEVER she just started pecking at the grapes but still breathing hard....

Is she still breathing hard? I was thinking that if it is stress related from being away from her flock mates you could try covering whatever cage you have her in. The dark might help her to settle down. The downside is she won't eat or drink much in a coverd cage, but it should help you to decide if it's stress or something else.
