Property damage is a crime, take photos to document then probably patch the fence and find your chickens.

After that, you can proceed with the law on your side. Not enough information to blame anyone or be angry. Maybe the workers did it and they dont even know.

THEY ARE BACK! WHAT A DAY!
So my neighbor I was so angry about is a wonderful person!
She came marching over this afternoon with 2 sapphire gems under her arms!
(They weren't ours but it was awesome because we knew where ours were. And it was a wonderful act of kindness in the mean world.)
We just got back from exchanging his from ours.
He was also very very nice! Let us chase chickens helped us cage one of ours that was too freaked out to be caught.
They came right out to me! Ate the worms right out of my hands! My son caught the first Imogene right away. Number two was an adventure!
Yay to nice neighbors!
I feel like such an ... For the things I was thinking.
All in all we have our girls back, now know our neighbors, and they are pretty awesome people.

Sounds like a nice neighborhood. My neighbors are also pretty friendly as well. Nice neighbors really impact the neighborhood!
