*Update* Weak Legs. Sick? Injured?

Quote:
always use medicated starter is my advice... being in a brooder is no garantee AT all... if I were you I would get medicated starter immediately and start the birds on it.
Also get some POLYVISOL enfamil formulation (childrens liquid A-B-D vitamins > get the one without the iron) and put three drops in beak (do this in evening when she is sleepy... it will stress her less). Once a day for two weeks. Get electrolytes/vit... you should always have this to hand.
Offer a live culture plain yogurt free choice... lightly sprinkle some of the crumbles over the top to encourage her to eat.
There is a baby parrot handfeeding formula (is powder and you mix water in it to consistency of a porridge) that you can buy at petstores > if you can possibly get this and mix in her feed to concentrate the nutrition I feel this will be of benefit to her also.

After all my worrying, the problem is a leg injury. She must have hurt it when they all piled up under the box. She's still eating & drinking good and her legs are getting stronger every day. She's still a little wobbly on her feet but she can stand. I let her out on the floor last night and she walked around slowly but MUCH better! I still have her isolated but I suspect she'll be back with the rest of the chicklets within a day or 2.

Thanks for the help and good wishes!

Update...

She is now 10 weeks old, we call her Wobbles and she's doing just fine and seems to have fully recovered.
