My chickens were due April 8th so today is the 22nd day... I don't see any movement no wobbling, I can't hear peeping through the incubator or over the noise of my 2 kids who are home from school.

So just wait til the 25th day? I'm anxious.

Yes, wait. My best guess is your hatch failed. Did you candle the eggs?

You could do a saftey hole just Incase. Candle to see if they have internally piped yet, and look for movement.

What was your temperature and humidity? This can make a difference too.

I was thinking about candling them tonight but if they are in "lockdown" I thought you weren't supposed to open it up. Maybe I am past the lockdown at this point? I have no idea what I'm doing when I am candling. I do have the professional candling flashlight made for eggs so I can light it up. I did it only on day 10 and had no idea what I was looking at.

Temp has been 100 and humidity has been 50 up until lockdown when I made it between 60-70.

Put the light on the air cell side of the egg. Watch for movement. If internal piped you should see the beak (look like a little peek) inside the air cell.

If you do it quickly they will be fine. If they have internally piped you may want to do a saftey hole to help.

Ok I will try that thank you
