UPDATE WITH PICS-Post #68: Ordering on Amazon.com. Have you?

Yep, I've had substitute carriers squish and push stuff into the box that should not have been. Our regular carrier will find any excuse to come up to the house so he can take a few seconds to watch the fish in the pond! LOL

Really sorry this happened to you. Especially twice! We order a lot online, from Amazon and other places. Rarely have a problem and usually things are taken care of with no problem. Probably the place you ordered from has packed their signs the way they did for a long time without problem, but since you have a carrier that seems to not understand what fragile means, it wasn't enough in this case. I hope you can fix the signs so they are usable.
