Just an FYI the last one didn't make it. That is ok. In all reality I was going to probably eat them when they were bigger (excuse me if I offend anyone...that is not my intention
) I think I learned a lot and as time goes by I will get better. It could of been a fluke....I have coturnix in the hatcher now so will see if I fare better with these.
I bought 12 coturnix last week from someone local and they were only 1 1/2 weeks old and 11 are doing fine. The eat and drink well (same food the BW pretty much refused to eat). One did die during the drive home (I think they over huddled) but stuff happens.
