Update:

I opened the egg and the membrane was essentially shrink wrapped around the duckling. The duckling is definitely gone, with only a little yolk left. So sad to lose one so close to hatching!!! 😭

I kept humidity 50-57% and temp around 99.5. What could I change next time to prevent this?

Used/Process:
Still Air Incubator
In-incubator heat and humidity monitors (2 of each in various locations in the incubator)
Used an auto turner weeks 1 & 2
Took turner out
Put egg on side and hand turned 3-4 x a day
Kept humidity 50-57% with some spikes above (not intentional)
All water was added as needed to keep humidity 50-57% (was aiming for more like 60, but struggled to do so)

Original Post:

First time attempting to hatch ducklings. I have one Khaki Campbell of 7 that actually was viable and this is where I am on day 23...is this okay? I have seen no movement today, no beak is visible, and I’ve heard nothing...

There’s also what I assume is a little yolk visible too...

I am not super experienced but those don't look very alive to me. Hen you rotate the egg, dose it slosh around some, and move freely? What has your temp/humididty been for the incubation? @MGG @shawluvsbirds @Acre4Me Any ideas?

I’ve been rotating (on an auto turner until last week, then I took it off and have been hand turning 3-4xs a day until today) I saw movement when candling as recent as yesterday. Temp has been 99.5 with small spikes up to 100 and humidity 50-57%. I checked the duckling today in preparation to increase humorist and ensure the air sac was up.

I think your humidity is a bit low, don't take my say for it though, wait for a more experienced member to come along. That egg does look rotten. Do you see any views in the eggs, what do the other egg look like? Is it a still air, or forced air bator?

There were veins and the duckling was moving around yesterday. All the other eggs either weren’t fertile, or ended up with blood rings. It’s a still air incubator...which isn’t my favorite, but what I had available.
