Dripping water in their mouths can be very dangerous and cause them to aspirate, so go slowly and gently.

Also take some of that water with the Corid in it and make a Corid water and crumbles mix for her to eat.

Two teaspoons per gallon (10ml). You should also try giving her some undiluted Corid orally. Just put a little in the syringe and give 2-4 drops. If she swallows okay, try also dripping some water or Gatorade in her mouth, but only if she's swallows the Corid drops.
