I thought so, but they’ve grown out to be rounder since I took these photos. I’m still watching though

Just for comparison, this is my 11 week old pullet Orpington and you can see how her back feathers are more short and round…they won’t be thin at all. Watch for the thinner feathers even if round at the end they will cascade over the sides as the grow in. Orps are SO slow to grow!

Thanks y’all. I obviously want to be TOTALLY sure this is a boy before I give him up and it seems like this is the proof I needed. An opportunity came up for him to go live on a big farm, so I’m gonna take it.
