Looks great, good job!!

I’d put a slanted roof ( very slanted) over nesting boxes as your picture shows they will sit on the edge and crap on the one laying you an egg ..... so rude!!

Also I’d put a platform of some type under the water bucket , it’s all wet there and not good for them to stand in that , even bricks for them to stand on work well .

Have fun , love the upgrades

Or switch to horizontal nipples ;)
A large shallow dish filled with gravel or marbles would really take care of the 'moisture in the coop issue'..of course it would have to be emptied and cleaned every day or as needed-depending on how much water is leaking.

Ditto on the slanted nest roof.

I don't know where you're located since it isn't in your profile, but there's several things I'd do differently. I'd remove the hanging waterer in the coop and put it in the run. I'd remove the feeders in the coop and put them in the run. Not sure how many chickens you have (I counted 7 in your first pic), but I'd remove 3 nest boxes and put a slanted cover over the remaining 3 so chickens don't roost on them. I didn't see a roost in the coop. If there isn't one, I'd put one up. I'd also put some bedding on the floor of the coop.

Where in this world are you located?
Climate is almost always a factor.
Please add your general geographical location to your profile.
It's easy to do, then it's always there!

Oh, and, Welcome to BYC!!!

Putting food and water in or out is a personal choice . I keep both in the coop because outside wild birds eat / poop everything and my water stays cleaner in my sand floor.

To each their own
But they do need a roost ‍♀️

Updated my profile! I’m in Ohio.

Not really a personal choice so much for me as to one based on location as well as other circumstances. If I were in Canada as you are, I'd probably have feed and water in the coop and especially so in the winter time since I'm assuming your birds may be confined to the coop for days at a time. My waterer is enclosed and has horizontal nipples so no wild birds nor chickens poop in it or otherwise foul it. Wild birds eating my chicken feed kept in the run doesn't seem to be a problem here.
