From my end, BYC was running really slow yesterday. Timing out was a strong possibility yesterday. This morning it seems to be doing much better.

We haven't been able to duplicate it, and we're not seeing other reports of the same problem. It's possible people just aren't reporting it.

If anybody else is having this issue, please post your browser / version here, and if it persists, we will ask you to email our support with a copy of the pic to test.

I mentioned it there... and others are having the same/similar problem.

I just tried IE and it failed to upload.

Just tried Opera and it would not connect to byc.
Unable to complete secure transaction
Check that the address is spelled correctly, or try searching for the site.

@Nifty-Chicken, maybe he could email the picture to someone that has multiple browsers, including Firefox, and that someone could test his original picture across multiple browsers.

Try opening it in paint and save it as a png. Don't resize it, just save it as a different file type.

Go ahead and email us a few example pictures that won't upload regardless of which browser, etc., and we'll take a look: support @ backyardchickens.com (removing spaces)
