Urgent Help Duckling Not Well!

Hi, I just hatched 10 healthy ducklings but one i found this morning didn't look right, he tries hard to keep his eyes open and he doesn't seem well... what do you guys think?

Unabsorbed yolk... keep in under heat and let it absorb... it won't get active and you don't want it active untile that absorbs...
