URGENT!!! My Rooster is not eating or drinking Plz help

I would keep him in a not too cool room—about 23 degrees C. A large change in temperature could be worse than leaving him outside in the heat. A very sick chicken actually needs to be kept warm, so I would recommend keeping him in a slightly cool room, but not too cold. Give him some time to rest. Hopefully, he will wake up soon and have more energy. If that happens, offer the water with the sugar in it. Keep in mind that he might have been getting sick or had a weak heart, and the heat just pushed him over the edge. I hope your rooster recovers—they are good pets. I have 2, and am very fond of them.
