Sorry, just saw this. You've gotten good advice. Prolapses will sometimes continue to push out when they try to poop, until swelling goes down some. I've had them take a week to stay in, in some cases. Every time you push it in, sit with her and hold it in for a while. Sometimes a little time and they will relax some and not push so much. The swelling makes them think they need to push. Really important to keep that tissue moist, so reapply ointment as needed, liberally. In cases where a prolapse is just repeatedly pushed out, I have used a sling/wrap to help hold it in, so I don't have to. I will link to a thread that has pictures of one, they can take some trying to get them on right so they will stay. Currently it's hard to tell how much damage there is, if getting antibiotics is something you can do there, that might be something you want to work on in case it's needed. Amoxicillin is good, but I've no idea what kinds of things you have access to there.
