My neighbor said I could have some of her peachicks. I caught 2. They are a few days old.
Right now I have gamebird/grower pellets which are 20% protein. ( I could mash these)
I have chick grit, and scratch grains. What is best to feed these guys? It is Sunday afternoon and most feed stores will be closed until tomorrow.

thanks

ETA:I also have medicated chick starter granules

Do they need heat at night??

20% chick starter is what all they need.

Double check your gamebird grower, it should be 26-30%. Usually a gamebird flight conditioner is around 20%.

I have nutrena naturewise gamebird grower pellets which is 20%. I gave them some chick medicated feed. Do I need to add heat at night? They are in the barn now. It is plenty warm during the day.

Congratulations on your new peachicks

and yes they need heat for the night.

I have some 1 week old chicken chicks. Should I put them with them? Will they know where the feed and water are??? I am so nervous.

Yep. They are just IB, but so cute. They were free ranging so I am glad I caught them with no problem.
I hear peachicks are fragile, so I hope they do ok.
