*URGENT* Sick Duckling

Im posting this for a friend whos raising some mallard ducklings that are roughly 3 weeks old and 1 is now having a hard time walking and is shaking its head. Can anyone tell me any ideas of what is wrong with it and what to do>

Can you tell us more? Like does it have and nasal or eye discharge? What food do they get? Can you post pictures and a video?

Im sorry I dont have the duckling with me, I did see it and it looks fine... no discharge anywhere, as for food I am not sure what thet are feeding them.

Could it be a niacin deficiency I had a duck last year that had trouble walking and was shaking and it turned out all he needed was extra niacin.

That's what I am coming up with in googling it.

I added brewers yeast to his food and it took him a few days to pick up but he was fine then I think it can happen in ducks because of how fast they grow.
