I see your pic. Make her some shoes. Don't give her back to mom until she's better. It might be a few days, so bringing in another chick for company would be good.
Don't put it back with the mom if it's not walking.
It will just get trampled on by the others and end up dead.
The pic of the feet is kinda hard to tell whats going on...can you post a brighter pic?
There are a few different ways to do it; some people cut out some cardboard to fit under the chick's foot than use a bandaid to cover. Vet wrap might work, too. I have used tape in the past. Basically, you want to get those feet straight and flat like they should be.
Oh - something I've learned is if the bottom of the shoe is slippery, the chick can slip and get spraddle leg. Put some tape on sticky side down and put a little chick food on the bottom so it's easier to walk. Sounds weird, but really helps them!
