Urgently need to sex my mystery chicken

We got this little guy when it was young and we really love it, but im afraid Its a rooster. The wing is very long with a huge gap and then a short row of wings, ive heard that means its female but the gap is freaking me out. Pullet or cockrell?

Well, I cant have a rooster since we're in city limits and ill need to get rid of him or her quickly before i get attached. But ill be happy to know if it is a hen.
