I too have had a problem uploading an avatar pic. If you use a picture editing program such as Photoshop you can save it to the size you need and also change the format. (.jpeg). I changed the size but still got the same error message....too large. Maybe I need to check the format also.

I just scaled it down using Gimp, which is a free program that works similarly to PhotoShop.

Here's the original avatar-size picture if you want to save it to your computer for future use elsewhere.

rockingtk, if you're meaning that you want to change your username from rockingtk to Oklahoma Lightning, we can do that for you.

If you want "Oklahoma Lightning" as your custom title, you can purchase a Golden Feather Membership from the BYC store. Along with getting to change your custom title whenever you want, you get quite a few other awesome benefits.

As far as your forum display time, there is an option in your Profile (click on the word "Profile" in the blue bar above) to change your time zone. I was feeling benevolent, so I went into your profile and changed it for you -- Central Time, right?

I've been using irfanview (free small quick image editor) for about 12 years:
