Using a four foot tall dog pen for chickens?

Can I use a four foot tall dog play pen for my chickens? Will chickens be able to fly out or not?

You definitely can but most can fly over a 4' fence. A coyote can get over it too.a Cover it. I exclusively use 6' tall panels.

They almost likely will be able to fly out- I wouldn’t risk it.
