Any recommendations on an adhesive? I found a great deal on some basic, vinyl tiles with adhesive backing, but was thinking it would probably help to add a layer of adhesive on the painted, wood floor of the coop as I put the tiles down. I saw some 3M "Super 77" general purpose stuff in a spray can, but haven't got any yet. It seems simple enough. I just want to give the tiles a extra bit of hold since they are really designed for clean, dry, concrete floors. The 3M stuff may, or may not be what I'm looking for, and since I'm not quite ready to lay the tiles yet, any info would be appreciated.

TIA

Well, I decided to go without the extra adhesive for my tiles. I tell ya what though, as soon as the sun creeped around the front of that coop, and hit those tiles the glue may as well been water. 105 degree, West Texas temps seems to do that. After I finished the tiles I screwed down the sides for the roost. Wearing shorts, and a t-shirt I dropped down on my knees on those tiles to screw the 2x4s down, and had to jump right up! It was like putting my knees down into an iron skillet sitting in a camp fire! The tiles my knees hit just slid right off the floor. As long as I was putting perpendicular pressure on them they were fine. Must have been from me hitting them at an angle.

Anyway, I decided to wait until they cooled down a bit. I got the roost sides up, but decided to concentrate on yard work for the rest of the weekend.
