Take the box, pics before you opened it and the bator to the PO that serves you and file a complaint and request for reimbursement. I had to do that with a box of eggs that was just horrible abused and looked purposely squashed. They paid up for shipping and the eggs in the box because it was well marked and should not have been put under anything, dropped, etc. Just stick with it and do not leave the PO until a supervisor sees you and don't take the answer there isn't one there because the federal requires a supervisor in attendance at a PO AT ALL TIMES.

My luck as of late hasn't been good so, if I am just stuck with a damaged bator, what are the chances that I could get a hold of just the foam shell? Everything else seems to be okay?
