Utah!

Brian, you seem to have hit the baby jackpot, lol.

Turnip, welcome! Love your Cochin roo. He looks like an awesome pet :) Sorry you have to place him :(

Cynthia, five to one is usually okay. It can depend on the breed of rooster, too. Some of the milder breeds are fine with just two or three hens, but some of the more rambunctious breeds need a lot of hens for one roo. I read somewhere that the suggested hen ratio for a white Leghorn roo was 10:1, respectively.

I hope I'm posting in the correct place. Please excuse me and correct me if not. I'm still pretty new to this forum. I have a 14 week old Sally, now Salvador I need to find a home for because Sugarhouse doesn't allow us to have roosters. He's a really sweet boy, in fact, he's been going to the Kids community garden with us to run around and show the kids how good chickens can be for a garden. The kids are heart broken. He loves truck rides and socializing with humans. Haha [/IMG]

just got to share a picture of my new bengal kittens:) they grow SO fast! Also watching this little Persian for a friend for a few days. And the BLRW is doing great at raising these chicks:)
I went to work today for a few minutes and found these 10 baby rabbits. I had no idea the mother was pregnant haha. Oh man babies every where hahahaha.

Amanda- Here is your little Choc egg hatching!! Sorry that the focus is so terrible. You can hear that my son was excited in the background!!
Aubrey! Thanks for posting this! It was so fun to see! I totally missed mine hatching. I'm so glad that we each got one little chocolate egg to hatch! How are the rest of your little fluffies doing?
