Utah!

What are your nightly lows? Where I'm at they vary between 55 and 65 Fahrenheit.
I'm anxious because my bantam is so little... She is very wee sized. At least a quarter of the size of the other chicks. She still fits in the palm of my hand (I have a small hand).

Ah, yes. I had forgotten you'd mentioned a bantam. Our temps have been around the same as yours, but my babies are EE/Austrolorp mixes, and one Icelandic. The larger breeds have been great. I might worry about the little lass too, that she might get smothered by the others... I've never owned bantams. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Our little brood consists of two Australorps, a Favorelles, a bantam Frizzle, and a bantam mongrel (supposed to be an EE, but it's probably a lie). I think the Frizzle would be fine, she's only about half the size of the normal size chicks and is the most developed of all of them. It's just this tiny mutt. Half the size of the Frizzle.

How do you like your Icelandic?
