Check out those blue eggs! I hope I can work something out. I told her 2 four month olds or the older ones in her bunch for me and possibly another one for you I did not know what age you wanted yet......I asked her if I could paypal or anything like that to make sure I get them, and asked her about maybe picking up some eggs too if she had any available. So we will see.

Fun! I wish you could go that day, I am headed up by myself, my family is busy with soccer and things, but I want to go and meet a few people and see if I can re home my boys....maybe a few chicks. I think i will try and get a visit in with my 27 yr old son, he lives in Idaho Falls and NEVER comes home to visit. That is a boy needing a thump on the noggin

I just put 8 eggs under my friends broody Australorp. .rooster is a splash EE (from a blue egg) and hens are supposed to be Wheaten Ameruacanas (3-blue and 3 green). 1 egg is from my RIR and 1 is from my RIR x Buff Orpington.wish me luck. PS DOES ANYONE WANT A ROOSTER?

Too funny! I'm still shocked you can have a 27 (and 29 year old daughter, right?) because you don't look that much older than me!
I'm thinking I'll have you get 2 Ameraucanas for me if Azriel has blue wheaten as well. One BW and one Wheaten. If we can paypal the money to ensure we get them, I'm all for it!

Donna you are awesome! Thanks! Is there a time that is better? I am leaving home at 5:30 so I can go to your place about 6:45 ish on my way to Reds or stop on the way back, after 8 or so.

Sasha, I know I am FREAKING out waiting for her to write back lol. If I am this close to getting blue eggs and it does not work out I think I will be sooooo bummed. But right now I am soooo excited so I hope it is a score for us on some blue egg layers. I hope she is not reading this, she could charge me a small fortune and I would likely go along haha!

Believe it or not..they are leghorns!! Look them up, they are nice for different than the whites..and now the browns that have been around for a while.
