Sounds great. owo I would like a friendly chicken if I do end up doing this... Ruby sounds like a sweetheart! I just prefer a tame chicken so would like to go for that... Just me though. I'll be negotiable.

I'm going to be selling three of my birds to make room... Or just give them away even. I love them to death but it would have happened eventually, and I'm determined to do this... Even though I'm still relatively new xD

sundance..I just saw that you have been in the hospital. I am so sorry. I feel bad for you having to give up chickens. I know how much you have enjoyed having them. So sorry. Best you take care of yourself though. It does take work to take care of the chickens/pets, so you are a sweetheart to think of them.

Got my chickens moved out into the garden run. I want to start building a proper chickencoop next to it in a few weeks.
Sad day yesterday, lost two chicks. I had to cull one of the young roosters because he fell off the roost and hurt his neck, not quite breaking it. The treatment I could offer would leave a lot of pain, so I finished the job. The other chick got snatched up by a stray cat when my brother forgot to close the gate.

I need every ones help. I haven't been on the list lately because I've been in the hospital since Monday, I was released today. I facing some major health issues and am going to rehome my chickens and chicks, All of them, If I have any that someone is interested in Let me know, I have a pen of blue egg layers. I have many purebred sizzles both srizzled roosters and srizzled hens. I have a ton of chcks both Frizzled and straight coat and some Seramas. This is breaking my heart but ultimately its what is best for the chickens, I also have a laying Barnvelder, silver laced wyandot, turkin both black and white, A couple of Pearl leghorn Pulletts, Red sex links Pullets, A trio of Auracanas very very rare And finally A purebred Americana Rooster who I have never heard crow, I don't want to talk about whats going on but am hoping you guys will come through so I can get these chickens placed without placing an add on ksl and having a bunch of strangers around. I;m just not up to it.

Yes i will take you RIR bantam hen! Maybe i could start my own little RIR flock. That would be so neat looking running around the yard. Of coarse i will need to re home some of my older hens. I have 4 i have been thinking about.

I wish I could have peafowl. I think I technically can, but I think it'd be too much to ask of my neighbors on top of my three roosters.

Joybells, I am so sorry your had to euthanize a rooster. That is so tough, but I'm sure you made the correct decision.
