Utah!

Happy update :) This week has gotten so much better then the last one. I've had terrible luck with loosing new babies for the last 2 weeks but finally no more sick babies! They are all getting stronger and I dont think i'll loose anymore. My limping chick finally started to walk again on her own the last few days, and im so happy she's going to be ok. I wasent sure for a while there because i'd lost 3 within a week in a half and thought she'd go to. I was giving her liquid vitamins twice a day and I wonder if that helped at all or if it was just time she needed. But either way its so nice to see her walking around again and playing with the other chicks :) And to make my baby batch even cuter I have a new baby blue added to the group again :) I just love her pale blue with dark wings, soo cute. And I cant wait to see how she looks as an adult. :) And lil miss dixie cuddled with me on my tummy for nearly the whole movie we watched tonight :) Nice relaxing evening, now im going to bed lol. Night all!

So I'm officially in lock down. There is 38 out of 43 in there. YIKES.... I'm not sure on about 5-6 of them, I'm going off the air sacks, and those look good, but that is all I can see in those eggs. I do have a few that I wasn't sure on because they are super dark, and all I could really see is good veins and air sack. So if at least 30 of those hatch I will be so excited.

I decided to just let them be in there, I know that just about all of them should be chipmunks, I just didn't know if the OE would look like a chipmunk too. So since a few people on here said nope, and after seeing Gary's photo, I think we should be okay. Guess I could always take a photo of each one after they hatch and write it down. HeHe..

it was nice to see Lisa late last night when she picked up her baby and eggs. She had just come from a concert and let me tell you she looked HOT. She had on really high heels and a darling minidress with a v neck. Wow I was impressed. She was amazed at how well I looked. I diecided to share what is going on. I started taking a supplement called protandeum. It has helped me so much. a friend mailed me some in arizona. and in 2 weeks I started to feel like a new person. I have so much more energy, my lungs have improved. I still can't do much physical stuff because I am weak from being sick so long. I can't tell you how wonderful it is to feel better. Its been 6 weeks now and I seem to do better every day. I just wanted to share with you. I have pics of the chicken train meeting with breanne and Cynthia it really was fun. On a sad note my very most favorite chicken paper died yesterday. No reason, I just found her dead. I was crushed. life goes on however

Oh Geez thanks! Haha! My daughter and I were laughing about how, at her age, she throws on a dress and smooths her hair and looks perfect in ten minutes, and me, 5 hours in the bathroom, a can of hairspray and a pound of spray tan and makeup....it takes a bit, you know? Thanks for the compliment! It was great to see you too, and WOW I cannot believe the difference in how much healthier and happy you look than last time I saw you. You looked fantastic! I am so happy the supplements are helping you feel better and able to enjoy life more!
Thanks to you again for the chicken train, babysitting, and collecting eggs, I am excited to see the babies! I am sorry to hear you lost your chicken...that is so sad!

Cynthia--I LOVE this silkie. He/she is soooo sweet! I have been holding it all morning, and am just in love. Thank you thank you!

I noticed the same thing about you. You really do look and move like you feel better.

On a different note, I am so sorry to hear that Paper passed away. I met her the other week that I was there.

More pictures. Please be patient. These are the show quality silkies I bought from a show breeder in Arizona. I bought some really unique colors. I have a Calico, a frosted blue, a frosted black and a white. Their feet and confirmation are to die for. When they mature in a couple of months they will join the other silkie babies I have and be bred to my blue sizzle. He came from a show breeder in North Carolina.
