I just picked up some chicks he hatched for me and he has an amazing hatching facility. He told me he has bout 7500 eggs in his incubators currently. He only charges 30 cents an egg. and you are so close to me so it makes things much easier haha. I am going to have to get me a rooster collar because I finally just heard my barred rock and he is pretty loud lol. I lucked out and have awesome neighbors but I still don't want to push any buttons. I just give all my neighbors around me eggs to keep them quiet hahaha. one particular neighbor told me her would rather hear a rooster crow then dogs barking
luckily my dogs don't bark either. me and my fiance are looking to either buy or rent a farm property but it is much harder then I realized. We will find something soon hopefully

it's really hard but I won't give up. I just want something small enough so I can have chickens and roosters and id love to have goats and maybe pigs. I use to work on a horse farm and I've been trying to find work on a farm but it's really hard to find anything.Sambi, good luck!
Abko, yes, yes, come to the dark side, muahaha.....
Brian, I hear ya on the farm property thing. DH and I tried looking around the Tooele Valley and beyond for places we could move to and have our horses, and it's not cheap!
RJ, what's the good word with Ginger and her brood?
Awww that's very sweet of you, Sambi. I am looking forward to trying this one, after all of the good reviews for Brinsea. I got a 24 egg capacity one, too, which had DH bugging out.
DH: 24 eggs?! Ho-ly crap!
Me: the other ones only fit 7 at a time. I need one that can do at least a dozen.
DH: and they don't have any that just hold a dozen?
Me: No, but they have the big cabinet ones that hold 48 or more. I don't want one that big.
DH:....... Okay.........
