Yes, as long as it is positively a hen and Rooster.
With my Maran Rooster being a hen and the new hen being a rooster I am a little disappointed in my latest additions.
Ok we are in. 3 FBCM pullets and one FBCM breeder quality roo. She said they can be related up the line, so if you breed lots to import another line (whatever that means) lol I will make sure they look just like what they should for their gender while I am there at her place. And check their feet! Not too thrilled about the way that last deal went.....
Now when you start breeding these then I will buy a few more chicks from you, or eggs! I am so excited! Do you think that new Ameraucana is a roo for sure? Are you going to keep it? She said it looked like a girl compared to the others back at her place, but I wondered---it sure looked pink--but it is old enough that if it were recently turning pink that would make sense. If she would have had some more with her I would have switched for another one. After my feet issues on mine I do not know what to make of all that. If it turns boy for sure then I will give you a pullet from this hatch. You could breed them or just replace the other one...I am going to grow some out to be sure on gender so in July I could bring you a wheaten pullet with your other two FBCM then they would be in a group together. We have a plan

If you bred a wheaten roo with your cuckoo marans would you get an olive egger?
