I have the opportunity to meet SpeckeledHills tonight. She is coming by to buy some of my Denagard. She posted on ksl, I called, but didn't know who I was talking to, or how far she was from me. We get to talking, and I ask her if she is on BYC. Yep..we exchange user names. I know you! ~ I know you! lol...she is coming down this way, so she will stop by to get some of this great stuff for her three sick chickens. She knows not to add any more chickens until these three are gone. She's a true chicken lover, and knows her stuff when it comes to chickens. She didn't want to buy a whole bottle of that Denagard because she won't be using much once she gets it into those girls. So she will just get a little. She knows a lot about chickens with bad legs or feet. It will be neat to meet her. I told her I had to be mean, she knows..we will just be out front to exchange. I don't want my girls sick. She was very understanding. I'm glad I had some of this. She's tried other means, but they haven't worked very well. I love Denagard. Love having it on hand. Lasts a long time if you have a small flock.

Cynthia, looked at that page, nice birds! She has tolbunt too. Resisting the urge to ask if she has eggs.....I think you sent me to that page then made private bets on whether I would do it lol! You would not do that now would ya?! I am on to you.
Red, sorry about your poor turkey. Your neighbor should have that dog on a leash, really.....kind of their responsibility. Don't feel bad, it was not your fault! Did you ever find that coon?

Yes, I noticed that after I went to her fb page. She wasn't offering any Tolbunts at the time I bought. They are pretty. I saw the babies.

They are cute. I really am waiting until Jan/Feb if I can have any self control at all. haha. We know how that goes So far I am on a roll, getting those numbers down with the boys showing up and a few adjustments. I really like all the ones I have now, I can't find anybody that needs to go, unless my peanut egger stays a peanut egger lol! I just love every feather on every little cute head I really should stay at 24 ish in the main coop though , it has enough roost bars for 8 chickens on 3 bars, but some girls are still small and they all fit with room to spare now, but not when they all get big Then there is that little coop, no bar in there, but they are liking those nests. Figures, it is a lot further from the house to check for eggs out there.

What does Denegard do again>? I remember thinking I should get some a while back, and now I have forgotten...was it coughing?

Awww Geeeeeeeez!!!! I was hoping that would NOT be the outcome. Girl you get some rest and I am so glad you are getting medical attention! That SUCKS. ( Sorry, kinda harsh, I save that word for when it really does suck. It really does. So sorry Sundance.

You have had a bad few months dang it and I'm sure no one on here thinks you have been whiny and looking for hand outs. Things happen. You are not a complete failure at keeping animals. You love them and take care of them. How can that be a failure. With outside animals we have to deal with all sorts of obstacles. It's such a bummer you having to deal with this again but don't give up on something you love. Fight back! Lets find you a mean dog! That likes chickens and turkeys as friends.

Ok that is IT, I have been scrolling through eggs for sale, for way over my one hour predetermined time limit. . I am logging off. For a FULL fifteen minutes. starting now.

What was it that I heard someone say once about addiction, when you start having to make rules about your indulgences you know you have a problem ? :/

I have e-mailed a couple people who breed bantam Ameraucanas to be put on their list for next year. I told them February/March. Although if Lisa starts hatching a month earlier than me, staggering our hatch dates would be smart if we're going to try vent sexing, then I'm not trying to do 80 chicks at once.
