I keep staring at this smiley face. It makes me think of Hitler for some reason.......
I have had the metal cans for years outside. They are still working and don't look too bad.Does anyone have problems with the metal trash cans rusting if they are out in the rain? I am thinking I will get a metal one, but it won't be covered in a shed. Would it last very long outside?
Sphinx, I don't think there's anything wrong with the plastic ones, other than pests might be able to chew through. Of course, the same might be said of the metal cans..........I like the plastic because it's quieter when you run into it.
Just wondering at what time do you put your younger chicks in with the older chickens? Are older ones are around 5mon and the younger are 2 mon.
